HOTEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

UNLOKET TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: February 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of Unloket’s AI concierge platform (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a hotel or hospitality entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

 

2. Description of Services

Unloket provides an AI-powered guest communication and concierge platform that enables hotels to:

  • Receive and respond to guest messages

  • Route service requests

  • Provide recommendations

  • Collect feedback

  • Generate analytics and insights

Services may include AI-generated responses.

 

3. Account Responsibilities

Hotels must:

  • Maintain secure credentials

  • Ensure authorized use

  • Provide accurate information

  • Comply with applicable laws

 

4. AI & Automated Processing

The platform uses automated AI systems to generate responses and analyze communications.

Hotel customers acknowledge:

  • AI outputs may not always be accurate.

  • Human oversight may be required.

  • Unloket does not guarantee AI-generated recommendations.

 

5. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

  • Submit harmful, defamatory, or abusive content

  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform

  • Introduce malicious code

  • Use the platform to send spam or unauthorized marketing

 

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, models, analytics, and improvements remain the exclusive property of Unloket.

Hotels retain ownership of their proprietary operational data.

Aggregated and anonymized data may be used by Unloket for product improvement and benchmarking.

 

7. Data Protection

Data processing is governed by:

  • The Privacy Policy

  • The Data Processing Agreement (if applicable)

 

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed during the relationship.

 

9. Service Availability

Unloket aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, updates, and outages may occur.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Unloket shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages

  • Lost profits or revenue

  • AI-generated inaccuracies

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

 

11. Indemnification

Hotels agree to indemnify Unloket against claims arising from:

  • Improper use of the platform

  • Violation of law

  • Content submitted by the hotel

 

12. Termination

Either party may terminate per contract terms.

Upon termination:

  • Access is revoked

  • Data handling follows the DPA

 

13. Governing Law

Applicable EU law and jurisdiction as agreed in contract.

 

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes may be resolved via arbitration unless prohibited by law.
